Not booting on uefi bios

I have a new dedicated root server with 2x NVMe and 2x HDD. I can properly set up RAID1 on 2x NVMe using installimage script. But it doesn't work with scripts from this repo: I have tried Ubuntu 20, 22 and Debian 11. I get the same result: the script finishes successfully, but the machine does not startup after reboot.

After getting KVM, I see that a BIOS automatically opens after the reboot. More importantly, I see no options in the Boot order section. I have UEFI BIOS. On the other hand, when I use installimage, I see one option in the Boot section in BIOS: ubuntu.
